The magnificent sea views alone are worth a visit to Ocean Restaurant situated in St. Julian's Street, overlooking Tenby's picturesque harbour.
Serving a wonderful variety of international cuisine whilst still committed to using fresh and where possible locally sourced produce Ocean's reputation has been growing under Vio's and Alex's ownership.
Preparing for the season ahead Alex has created exciting new dishes whilst still retaining the old favourites. Back by popular demand are the homemade Italian pizzas and speciality pastas. The menu focuses on dishes created with imagination and attention to detail, using fresh, quality and where possible locally sourced produce.
Over the past few years as well as working hard in the kitchen, Alex has been off on his travels gaining valuable experience. To see how other kitchens operate Alex spent some time with Nigel Howarth celebrity chef at the renowned award winning Northcote Manor. This proved to be an invaluable experience and an opportunity to bring some new ideas and flavours back to Ocean Restaurant. Not content working with a celebrity chef, Alex also took part in the Masterchef Challenge at the BBC Good Food Show exhibition where he had to cook under pressure in front of a live audience using a selection of mystery ingredients in just 30 mins Masterchef judges, John Torode and Greg Wallace selected and complimented his pork dish creation. However one of Alex's most enjoyable experiences kept him closer to home. Andrew Rees the Restaurant's local meat supplier from Narberth kindly allowed Alex to spend time with them gaining valuable knowledge about their award winning produce which is featured on the menu.

We also offer a breakfast menu, morning coffees, light and breezy lunch menu including sandwiches, salads or omelettes as well as our more substantial all day menu – all served in the newly refurbished surroundings of the ground floor bistro. We also offer a special early evening 2 course menu for only £9.95.
The restaurant is able to cater for small intimate weddings, engagement parties, christenings, birthday's and corporate events. Vio and Alex can even arrange a bespoke menu and wine list for your special occasion.
