Freshly prepared soup of the day

Made using fresh, local ingredients, and served with local bread.

Goats cheese salad

Sun blushed tomatoes, olives, pine nuts and baby leaves drizzled with balsamic reduction.

Smoked mackerel fillets

Served warm on a bed of potato salad, finished with red onion jam.

Lamb meatballs

Cooked in a Mediterranean sauce with a hint of spice, served with toasted ciabatta.

Tandori Chicken skewers

Served with tzatziki dip

Ocean’s Homemade Chicken Liver Pâté

Made with seared chicken livers, sautéed mushrooms and grilled bacon. This is set in ramekins and covered with clarified butter, this is not to eat but to preserve the Pâté so once you lift the buttery lid you have the freshest Pâté. This is served with our red onion jam and toasted ciabatta.

Slow Braised Welsh Pork belly

Served on slow cooked white beans with white wine, smoked bacon, peppers, and a touch of fresh chilli, finished with crispy prosciutto and a light drizzle of truffle oil.

Seafood Arrabbiata

A mixture of seafood cooked in a creamy, spicy tomato sauce tossed with penne pasta

Fillet of Sea Bass

Resting on a bed of prawn, pea and saffron risotto.

Marinated Chicken breast

Butterflied and pan fried, served with a dressed salad and country potatoes, sautéed with bacon, onion and garlic. Accompanied by peppercorn sauce.

Funghi Risotto

Sautéed button mushrooms cooked in a creamy risotto with thyme and freshly chopped parsley, topped off with truffle oil and roasted hazel nuts. Add Chicken (£2 extra)

Rossini Influence

A well-aged 6oz Welsh Fillet cooked to your liking served on a bubble a squeak potato cake, topped with Pâté, red onion jam, a port jus and a light drizzle of truffle oil.

Three scoops of delicious local ice cream (add another scoop for £1.65 extra). Choose from double cream vanilla, raspberry ripple, cafe latte, orange and caramel, toffee fudge, mint choc-chip, chocoholic overload, rum and raisins or strawberries and cream. Alternatively choose from mouth-watering mango or raspberry sorbet.
