There are many enticing delights featured on the menu, devised by the establishment's experienced chefs to bring you a mixture of classical and modern international cuisine, all created to a high standard and using fresh, local and seasonal produce wherever possible. Such delights from the menu include: Slow roasted belly of Welsh pork served with Madeira sauce, buttered broad beans and pureed sweet potato seasoned with whole grain mustard; Fillet of sea bass resting on a bed of shrimp risotto finished with a zingy chive crème fresh; Award winning welsh steaks beautifully tender and full of flavour; Frutti di Mare Risotto, a mixture of fresh seafood in a saffron white wine and herb risotto.
