There are many enticing delights featured on the menu, devised by the establishment’s experienced chefs to bring you a mixture of classical and modern international cuisine, all created to a high standard and using fresh, local and seasonal produce wherever possible. Such delights from the menu include: fillet of seabass served with fresh local mussels in a sage scented broth and deep fried leeks; pan fried duck breast served with braised red cabbage, parsnip puree and a port and pancetta jus; braised neck fillet of Welsh lamb served on bubble and squeak potatoes.
